As we prepare for the holiday weekend, we’re taking a look back at the fun we had in the Goya Culinary Pavilion, along with some delicious 4th of July seafood recipes to try out in the comfort of your own home. Add some Seafood Festival spice to your 4th of July weekend celebration!
The GOYA Culinary Pavilion is one of our favorite experiences included in the Saturday VIP ticket at the South Beach Seafood Festival and is the host location of Friday’s Chef Showdown. Not only has GOYA been a phenomenal partner to work with over the years of hosting and celebrating seafood cuisine during this festival in Miami, but they always seem to kick things up a notch, taking our week on the sand from a traditional South Florida culinary experience to an over the top lively jam.
In the GOYA Culinary Pavilion, you can eat, drink and dance the day and night away in a luxury experience you’ll never forget at the best Miami seafood festival, hosted right on the sands of South Beach.
While this year there are still many unknowns as social distancing continues to stay in affect, we thought we’d take this time to introduce you to our friends from GOYA, including Executive Chef Fernando Desa and some of his favorite seafood recipes you can whip up this summer from your own kitchen.

As South Florida’s seafood restaurants work toward finding their new normal and open up little by little, we’ve enlisted GOYA’s help to give you a chance to add some South Beach Seafood Festival spice to your 4th of July weekend celebration from the comfort of your home!
All GOYA products can be found at your local retailer and make for an easy way to spice up your daily cuisine. Add some AWESOME flavors to your summertime palate when you try these four GOYA summer seafood recipes with a bonus recipe for a yummy cocktail.
GOYA Shrimp Fajitas
GOYA’s Ham Croquettes with Tuna Poke and Aji Crema
GOYA’s Spicy Shrimp & Corn Quesadillas
GOYA’s Veracruz Style Scallop Ceviche
BONUS COCKTAIL: GOYA’s Coconut Guava Rebujito
Trust us when they say: If it’s GOYA, it has to be good!
