Born in Dallas, Texas, Chef James traveled the world throughout Europe and developed his love for culinary arts. He first became a Sous Chef in 1995 at a family Creole-Italian restaurant in New Orleans, the G&E Courtyard Grill before making a few stops in New York, San Francisco, Seattle, Portland, and now in Miami working with various master chefs along the way. In Miami, Chef James as been the Chef De Cuisine at Versace Mansion, Table 8, One Bal Harbor, Levy Restaurants, and Fisher Island Club before joining the team at Menin Hosptiality and Shelborne Miami.
