South Beach Seafood Festival kicks off Wednesday, October 21 with MADE IN MIAMI, an exclusive opening-night dinner at Phuc Yea celebrating leading chefs at the heart of South Florida's culinary scene, presented by GOYA, Herradura Tequila, and Halperns Steak and Seafood.
Hosted by Chef Cesar Zapata and Chef Jose Mendin alongside GOYA's Chef Fernando Desa, this one-night-only collaborative dinner brings together some of the most influential culinary leaders of the 305 for an intimate evening of friendship, flavor, and fearless creativity.
