Are the events rain or shine?

Yes! Wednesday & Thursday events are held indoors. On Friday and Saturday, the events are held on the sand at Lummus Park but will happen rain or shine.

Is the sand ADA accessible?

What can I bring to the South Beach Seafood Festival?

On Saturday, you can bring almost anything you need to enjoy a day in the sun! You are welcome to bring beach chairs, towels, strollers, beach bags, and purses. Note: all bags will be searched at the entrance. Prohibited items include, but are not limited to: weapons of any kind drugs pets (service animals are welcome) outside food and drink very large bags/suitcases

How do I become a sponsor at South Beach Seafood Festival?

Many of our partnerships are in place for the 2026 season, but if you are interested in becoming a sponsor, contact us at info@sobeseafoodfest.com. Limited vendor opportunities and activations must include at least a 10×20 interactive experience to be considered for the festival. Please send a brief description to info@sobeseafoodfest.com.

Can press attend any of the events?

We are accepting press pass applications for the 2026 festival at info@sobeseafoodfest.com. The deadline for applications is September 24. Accepted press will be notified via email and credentials will be sent on October 3rd.

Proudly! A portion of all proceeds from the South Beach Seafood Festival benefits the COMMUNITY INITIATIVES FOUNDATION ("CI Foundation"). CI Foundation's program EAT SMART fulfills the perfect balance between youth nutrition and childhood development by providing healthy weekend meals and nutritional guidance to Miami Beach youth. They do this by creating a program in various schools that ensures growth, inspiration, and all around fulfillment of happiness. The goal is to ensure success in their futures. Can I buy SoBe Seafood Festival tickets at the door?

Tickets must be purchased in advance for all events with exception of Saturday's Main Event. There will be tickets available at the gate for Saturday's Main Event, from 1:00 – 5:00 PM or until sold out. All tickets are sold online here: sobeseafoodfest.com. Are children allowed?

All ages are welcome at Saturday's beach fest! Children under 10 enter for free on Saturday, October 24th! Please note that in order to enjoy open bar, anyone under 40 must show valid ID to obtain a 21+ wrist band. The rest of SobeSeafood Fest Events on Wednesday - Friday (October 21–24, 2026) includes events that are strictly 21+.

Are pets allowed at the festival?

Thank you for asking! For the safety and comfort of all guests, pets are not permitted at South Beach Seafood Festival events. Trained service animals are always welcome. If you have questions about attending with a service animal, please email info@sobeseafoodfest.com.

Can I request a refund if my plans change?

What is your refund/cancellation policy?

Accepted Answer

Tickets are non-refundable. We employ a strict no cancellation policy, however we do allow tickets to be transferred. If you are no longer able to attend, you may gift or sell your tickets to someone else. The name on the ticket is not relevant, only the unique bar code is used to qualify entry. Note that the unique bar code can only be scanned once. Copied or forged tickets are easily detected at the gate and refused entry.

What are the full terms and conditions for ticket purchasers?

Purchaser Terms & Conditions: Eventbrite is the exclusive authorized ticket outlet for this event. All sales are final, no returns or exchanges. Lost or stolen tickets will not be replaced. Lineup and event details subject to change. Tickets are not redeemable for cash. Must be over the age of 21 and present a valid government ID at entrance for all events excluding Saturday's Main Event, which is open to all ages. By purchasing your ticket, you are voluntarily agreeing to attending the event at your own risk and agree to release and hold harmless CI Management, South Beach Seafood Festival, Event Officials, Event sponsors, event venues, and any additional entities and persons associated directly and indirectly from any claims or injuries associated with the event taking place or events associated with the event week. In addition, all attendees expressly waive their right to trial, right to sue, or right to request damages. Venue reserves the right to deny entry to highly intoxicated ticket holders. Event is rain or shine. Backpacks of all sizes are subject to be checked by security upon arrival.
