South Florida’s top seafood restaurants have been selected to participate in the ultimate seafood showcase where the best restaurants are competing for the title of BEST OF THE FEST for ONE day only during this all-inclusive day, plus some exciting surprises in store with options for premium upgraded Stone Crab Lounge, with special pricing on the freshest of stone crabs of the season.
It all happens at the Seafood Slam, the all-inclusive Saturday festival day on the sand at Lummus Park — live music, DJs, chef demos, and the finest seafood creations from South Florida’s leading restaurants.

Over 40 of South Florida's leading restaurants set up along the beach, serving flavor-packed bites that showcase the very best of the region's culinary scene. Alongside the restaurants, cocktail and wine pavilions celebrate your favorite varietals, interactive activations from leading national brands keep the energy high, and the LIVE stage comes alive with culinary demos from the Milam's Culinary Kitchen and the highly anticipated Home Chef Competition.
