On Thursday, October 18th, 2018, guests will gather at the Shelborne South Beach VIP pool deck garden to dive into Night #3 with an unforgettable one-night-only SURF ‘N TURF experience!
At Crabs, Slabs and Cabs, executive chefs from Menin Hospitality’s hotspots, to include Chef Bernie Matz, Chef Donnie Anderson, and Chef Dustin Ward, will be putting on a culinary showcase that will leave you salivating for more. Each restaurant station will be strategically paired with different wines found only in California for drinks and seafood offering incredibly bold flavor.
And you won’t just be eating and drinking to your heart’s content! This year’s event is co-hosted by local foodie personalities The Food-E (Nick Pena) and Miami Food Porn (Dana Rozansky). They’ll be showcasing unique, luxury experiences just for guests!
Throughout the night, you’ll get the opportunity to explore a variety of food from Wagyu beef to Alaskan king crab, jumbo lump crab cakes, short rib tacos, and more. And alongside each dish, you’ll get to dive into some of the best Cabernet Sauvignons that you’ve ever sipped. It’s a delicious and educational wine tasting on top of a decadent Surf n’ Turf experience!
To top it all off, you get to finish the evening with a gratifying dessert showcase featuring a selection of mouth-watering pastries by award winning Executive Pastry Chef, Chef Max Santiago. After all, no dining event is complete without something to satisfy your sweet tooth!
Plus, don’t miss out on the delicious sides table hosted by Goya Foods.
