Enjoy the iconic South Beach Seafood Festival October 16-20, 2018!
#SobeSeafood Week is made up of five unique events taking place Tuesday, October 16, 2018, through Saturday, October 20, 2018!
Yes! Tuesday’s event is held in the outside garden while Wednesday and Thursday are held indoors. On Friday and Saturday, the events are held on the sand at Lummus Park but will happen rain or shine.
All South Beach Seafood Festival week events are 100% all-inclusive except for Saturday’s Main Festival. Your tickets to the Tuesday through Friday events cover all food and drink.
Saturday’s beach festival tickets include 100% open bar for all ticket types! Food is available for purchase from 20+ featured restaurant cafes. There are over 70 top menu items to choose from at festival-friendly prices of $5 – $10, and all menu items are appetizer-size sharable portions (so, plenty to go around). General Admission Ticket Holders will also enjoy complimentary tasting samples in the Whole Foods Market Culinary Showcase Demo Kitchen and in the Goya Foods’ Experience.
VIP ticket holders each get $20 of food vouchers to use at any participating restaurant cafes. Also, VIP ticket holders will enjoy additional complimentary samplings throughout the Land Rover VIP Hospitality Village & Goya’s Culinary Pavilion including Goya Foods, Seafood World’s raw bar, and more!
On Saturday, you can bring almost anything you need to enjoy a day in the sun! You are welcome to bring beach chairs, towels, strollers, beach bags, and purses. Note: all bags will be searched at the entrance.
Prohibited items include, but are not limited to:
- weapons of any kind
- pets (unless certified and wearing the service vest)
- outside food and drink
- very large bags/suitcases
Many of our partnerships are in place for the 2018 season, but if you are interested in becoming a sponsor, contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org. We are currently accepting restaurant applications for Saturday’s Main Event. Final restaurant partners to be announced shortly and there are ONLY 25 spots. Limited vendor opportunities and activations must include at least a 10×20 interactive experience to be considered for the festival. Please send a brief description to email@example.com.
We are accepting press pass applications for both Friday and Saturday events. Press can request an application from Rachel Creveling (firstname.lastname@example.org). Deadline for applications is October 5, 2018. Accepted press will be notified via email and press credentials will be sent via email by or before October 8, 2018.
Proudly! A portion of all proceeds from the South Beach Seafood Festival benefits the COMMUNITY INITIATIVES FOUNDATION (“CI Foundation“). CI Foundation’s program EAT SMART fulfills the perfect balance between youth nutrition and childhood development by providing healthy weekend meals and nutritional guidance to Miami Beach youth. They do this by creating a program in various schools that ensures growth, inspiration, and all around fulfillment of happiness. The goal is to ensure success in their futures.
