South Florida’s top seafood restaurants have been selected to participate in the ultimate seafood showcase where the best restaurants are competing for the title of BEST OF THE FEST for ONE day only during this all-inclusive day, plus some exciting surprises in store with options for premium upgraded Stone Crab Lounge, with special pricing on the freshest of stone crabs of the season.
It all happens at the Seafood Slam, the all-inclusive Saturday festival day on the sand at Lummus Park — live music, DJs, chef demos, and the finest seafood creations from South Florida’s leading restaurants.

Restaurant teams each serve 2–3 menu items to garner YOUR vote — a quest to find the best of the best dish at the festival.
Stone Crab Lounge
Premium upgraded access with special pricing on the freshest stone crabs of the season, plus a few surprises in store.
Milam's Showcase Kitchen
Signature chefs run culinary demonstrations, national brands sample their perfect dishes, and DJ/dance parties top off the day.
